Roger Nauth

Roger Nauth is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Elevation Gained Partners where he runs the advisory and private equity deal-making activities as well as internal operations. He offers advisory services such as deal generation, due diligence, growth strategy and value creation to CEOs and private equity firms. Roger manages relationships with EGP’s capital providers, such as family offices and high net worth investors, and sources deals with investment bankers for the firm’s own private equity interests.

Prior to EGP, Roger was a Partner at Sustainable Edge, a Boston-based consulting firm serving ventures and mid-market businesses with advisory services including strategic planning, business operations, go-to-market, due diligence and capital raising. Previously, he was a Management Consultant in Accenture’s Global Strategy and Financial Services practices in the San Francisco and Boston offices. Before Accenture, Roger worked as a Senior Manager at Forrester Research serving executive clients in top-tier VC-backed ventures to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his professional business career, Roger has served on the graduate teaching staff of a course at Harvard University.

Roger holds an MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Babson College and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geographic Information Systems & Remote Sensing from Boston University. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Applied Analytics from Columbia University.

Roger lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two children. A former competitive cyclist, he now swims and hikes in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
