After years of working with some of the world’s most prestigious consulting and investment advisory firms and operating companies, we launched Elevation Gained Partners to help founders, CEOs and private equity investors reach higher elevation. Developing just another advisory firm was not what we had in mind so we set out to architect a practice that would guide owners and investors along the traverses and often steep cliffs on the way to mountain tops.
We focus on providing Value Creation and Transaction Advisory to our clients. We believe we bring a unique perspective to both of these service areas, combining our consulting, operating and investment backgrounds, rather than being another of many advisory shops comprised of ex-investment bankers who are exceptional at closing transactions but are not highly-skilled at creating value. When we support our CEO clients in creating value in their organization, we bring front-line sharpened tools from building and implementing go-to-market plans, optimizing sales force organizations and leveraging people, process and technology to enable growth and operational improvements.
For us, the customer is everything to our business model. In today’s age of the customer, we are laser-focused on developing customer insights, developing market segmentation and sizing models, and designing strategies that are full of analytics and backed by financial models that drive optimal decision-making. Our passion is in working and investing in sectors that have some physical characteristics, producing products that can be seen and touched, such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, and other industrial companies. We have a strong technology foundation, including advanced and emerging tech, that we apply to these sectors.
